Each tour is led by John Fotopoulos (PhD in Religious Studies, Loyola University) and/or Eleni Makris (PhD in Educational Psychology, University of Chicago), who are of Greek decent. The pair have decades of experience and are truly cultural insiders.  Each has traveled, lived, and celebrated Greece.  As a professor of early Christianity and Archon of the Order of Saint Andrew, Dr. John, also has expert knowledge of Jerusalem and Istanbul/Constantinople. As a professor of educational psychology, Dr. Eleni has expertise in education, therapeutic methods, and psychology.  It is our mission to create a welcoming environment that encourages a carefree and happy travel experience, taking pride in the places we visit and supporting local small businesses. We purposefully create community among our travelers. Simply put, our travelers become family to us.
